Nine Steps, Every Time
No shortcuts, no surprises. Here is exactly what happens between your first call and the day we hand your home back to you.
First Contact
You reach out by phone, email, or the contact form. We listen to what you need, ask a few questions about your home, and talk through timing and budget so there are no surprises later.
In-Home Estimate
After first contact, we schedule an in-person walkthrough, usually about an hour, and ask that all decision makers be present, since meeting face-to-face is how we get to know your needs and make sure we are the right fit for your home. You will receive a comprehensive digital estimate with line-item pricing for every surface, clear descriptions, and annotated photos; if no one is home for the appointment, we are not able to complete the estimate.
Scheduling
We find a start date that actually works for your household, not just ours. You will know your spot on the calendar before we ever pick up a brush.
Color Consultation and Samples
We come to your home, look at your lighting and existing finishes, and use Sherwin-Williams color-matching tools when needed. You will get real samples on your walls before committing to a color.
Pressure Wash Day
Every exterior job starts with a full pressure wash to strip away dirt, mildew, and peeling paint, so the new coat actually bonds to a clean surface instead of hiding old problems.
Moisture Reading
Before any paint goes on, we test the surface with a moisture meter. Painting over damp wood or siding is one of the most common causes of early failure, so we wait until the reading tells us it is ready.
Weather Dependency
Minnesota weather does not always cooperate, and paint applied in the wrong temperature or humidity will not last. We build flexibility into every schedule and keep you posted if a day needs to shift.
Painting
We apply premium Sherwin-Williams paint built to hold up through Minnesota's seasons, and send progress photos and updates along the way so you always know where things stand.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished job with you, point by point, and take care of any touch-ups on the spot. We do not call it done until you do.
